Autumn Wedding at The Three Hills in Bartlow, Cambridgeshire

University sweethearts Ollie & Sarah tied the knot on a gorgeous autumnal day in the quiet village of Linton, just outside of Cambridge.

The Three Hills in Bartlow hosted their reception; their marquee was stunning, and the perfect spot for the speeches and first dance. Despite the chill in the air, the blankets weren’t needed once the music was turned up and everyone brought out their best dance moves!

The evening is often my favourite time of day at a wedding, as I get to play around and experiment with different lighting setups. For Ollie and Sarah, I wanted to capture the energy of their dance floor, as well as the starry night sky, and with just a little bit of trial and error, I’m really pleased with the results!

Ollie & Sarah had these kind words to share with me after receiving their photos:

Alex could not have done a better job as our wedding photographer, we were delighted with the photos he took of the day. Prior to the wedding Alex met with us to help us plan the day and discuss our requirements. He was extremely personable, friendly and professional throughout with a strong attention to detail. His rates were also very reasonable compared to other photographers we looked at in the area.
